01What can I import — and how long does it take?
Notion (the zip export), Trello (the JSON export), and Airtable or any other tool as CSV — supported pages, boards, cards and tables come across, and the report lists omissions. Notion databases need a separate CSV export for real tables; comments and some formatting do not transfer. Try one project first. A native Asana importer is next.
02What don't you do yet?
No spreadsheet formulas, no automations or timeline view, and no native mobile app in v1; built-in AI and a public API are still ahead. See the full trade-off list
03What happens to my data — and if Kovenar shuts down?
It stays yours. Export is never behind a plan or a support ticket — tables download as CSV on every plan today, and whole-workspace export is next — so you can download your table data today. Whole-workspace and document export are not available yet.
04Is my data backed up?
The database keeps 30 days of point-in-time recovery, so there is always a recent copy to restore — and your tables can be downloaded as CSV whenever you like.
05Is there really a free plan — can we try it before moving everyone?
Yes — 3 members and 1 GB of attachments, with unlimited docs, history and free viewer seats. Run it next to your current tools for a month; upgrade when the team grows past 3 members or 1 GB.
06Do viewer seats cost money?
No. Viewer seats are free forever on every plan — stakeholders read and comment without anyone buying a seat.
07Pro or Flat — which is cheaper?
Pro is $7 per seat each month; Flat is $79 for the whole team. Pro is cheaper up to 11 seats, Flat wins from 12, and the pricing page says so out loud.
08How do I pay?
Card payments are handled by our merchant of record, so tax and invoices are taken care of. Change or cancel your plan any time.
