What we store

Your account email, the content you and your team create (documents, boards, tables, comments and attachments), and the workspace membership records that make collaboration work. Nothing else.

Analytics

The marketing site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and fingerprint-free — that is why there is no cookie banner. It runs no third-party trackers.

The app itself uses PostHog for product analytics: which screens and features are used, and how quickly a new team gets to its first edit. The events carry identifiers, counts and feature names only — never your page content, titles or email address — and no session recording or advertising tracker is enabled. Deleting your account deletes your analytics profile with it. You can opt out of this measurement with your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Payments

Subscriptions are sold through Polar as the merchant of record. Polar handles payment details, invoicing and applicable taxes; we never see your card number.

Hosting & retention

Data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2). Deleted pages stay in the trash for 30 days before permanent deletion; deleting a workspace purges its objects and rows.

Your controls

You can export your workspace (Markdown, JSON, CSV with an attachments manifest) or delete your account at any time from Settings.
